@panhead88 keep in mind that the slower the pour the less turbulence is created within the coffee and milk itself. if it was poured slower the foam would have been better distributed. the milk looks pretty good here no arguments, but a longer stretch probably wouldn't have yielded any better latte art.
i think otherwise, depending on how the milk was steamed, it doesnt really matter how fast he poured it. he could have stretched it longer and had more microfoam, i.e less milk.
I love homemade coffee, but my machine lay dormant until coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com plugged me in!

You are pouring the milk too fast so the design doesn't stay at the centre and it will be too liquid-iy.The latte will be not so creamy.
