irst and foremost, let me explain that Aaron is not AS ridiculous as this video may make you think.

But it's not too far off.

This video was created to show exactly how much energy Aaron Van Dike has most of the day. I figure since he has tons of friend on Flickr who have never really met him in person, this would be a good way to prepare those who may in the future.
