Good Lord, they are trying hard to make Makati look like the next Tokyo or Paris. The truth is Manila is another congested over crowded asian city. I'd recommend something outside of Manila where you can breath a little better and you get more for your money.

I've done some research on condo's in makati and quezon city, and so far this building is the only condo building out there that says it has more then 50 floors!?!? is that correct? why so many? most buildings have up to 40 floors or so. but i wonder how much a one bedroom unit here costs? and why do they call their units a pod? is pod different from being called a bedroom unit??
