Animatronic Chuck

This is a haunted attraction prop that we built. The idea for it was thought of by my wife Kathy who also stained the skeleton and modified the mask. The mechanism is from Boo Crew Productions and the mask is from Fearscape Studios. The electronics are from Efx-Tek.

For soundrone - I don't think it is an air pressure issue. I am going to replace the pistons with spring assisted models.

It looks strange how the legs stay where they are and the rest of the skeleton moves...and also, when it pops out it sounds like a bolt or something falls on the floor. The basic idea is good though.

woah does anyone nknow how he made that? im working on halloween props for next year scence im making a huge haunted house and i wold like to make something like that can you please tell me how?
