In this video, I explain why I have decided to end my fast on Day 3 of what was supposed to be a 7-Day Fast.
Results: No side effects, but I did lose 4 pounds. I feel good and appreciated the chance to focus on myself for a change. I will definitely fast again and will work my way up to a 7-Day fast.
I watched your a few of your videos congratulations on your weight loss!!
Would you say now that you have lost the weight that you have adapted a raw food life style??when you lost 100lbs did you cook your vegetables or was it raw did you cut out rice, potatoes?I hope you can upload a video on what your meals were like for a day
@kaprice221 No, I'm not a raw foodist. However, I do fast from time to time, and sometimes I will go a week or so just eating fresh fruit and veggies to kinda cleanse and detoxify the body. But, that's about it. I lost most of my weight by being a vegetarian, not a raw vegan. So, yeah, I cook my food. I cut out WHITE rice and WHITE bread. But, I did not cut out grains all together. I ate WHOLE grains (i.e. brown rice, steel cut oats, etc). I will upload a typical menu soon!
