InBevs says it plans to use St. Louis as its North American headquarters, and will keep all 12 of Anheuser-Busch's North American breweries open...But they did not say if there will be layoffs. Actually, the Anheuser-Busch (or whatever it's called now) Budweiser tastes differently in Europe (where it's marketed as "Bud") than it does in America. I agree, though, Budweiser from Ceske Budejovice is a vastly superior beer.
