Ey im trying to do the same project what is the circuit connecting to ,i know is the cell phone, alarm siren, keypad am I missing anything else? Please get back at me, I really appreciated

@alistairism Hi.
Two wires connected to the phone PCB (Speed Dial button) then using an optoisolator u can make a "short circuit" for initiate a call.
