i have a vauxhall corsa sxi 53 plate totally standard, i what to make my exhaust to sound louder what would you recomend i do?

@Canonbie1123 thanks for the comment, if your gonna do your exhaust do it properly and not just buy a backbox for £20. Go for a full stainless cat-back system and dont go for a straight-through system. It will be louder than standard but not too loud that it becomes embarrasing. I spent £300 on mine from my local exhaust speacialist and it was worth every penny. Got a civic type r now and looking to do the same thing.

Sounds pretty good, have you ran it on a dyno yet to find the power increase? I was thinking of getting one of these but I'm indecisive

na it wasnt run on a dyno, dnt think it wud make mauch diffrence tbh, maybe only if you had a sports cat or even de-cat completely. They sounds gd when theyre warmed up, so if your thinkin of doing it then its worth the money.

Sounds pretty nice. Not to loud either, thats what Im' looking for. I've been trying to find out how loud your exhaust can go before it becomes illegal... Do you know if this is well below the legal limit? I hear the limit is like 80db or 90db.. I'm just trying to gain perspective of how loud 80db+ actually is.

cut the cat outa the fucker.straight from manifold to backbox.all or nothin.i had a corsa and had it straight through.threw the cat in the skip.we used to call her the squealing pig.straight from manifold to 4 inch peco back box.my neighbours used to love it haha

I got mine off ebay (lol) and it's too fuckin loud, the garage i took it too, fitted the exaust and KEPT my old exaust...i fogot to ask for it, now im stuck with the LOUDNESS...ffs
