I loved this game back in the day, when it was brand new. Loved Doom as well. Played the shit outta both of them. I have the entire soundtrack from both games, in high quality mp3.

Err, in this videogame, the more you advance, the more phantoms you have and the less ammo you can find. Try surviving with 50 spiders and 20 phantoms coming slowly at you in tiny corridors as you have no ammo (and not enough keys for all doors). Also, for 1993, the visuals were amazing. Way too repetitive, not on par with Doom, but the only 3D title that looked better than Doom that year. Gems and Coins give points and an extra life with 500 000 points. Never judge by Level 1.
