@seanymandx kobe did a huge chunk of the scoring also. and he kind of was the facilitater. he probably led the team in assists not to metion dumping to shaq in the post is facilitating too. they patched each other's flaws perfectly

@seanymandx Shaq got to be the number one option but they were both great players. Kobe did the fascilitating and he made the free throws and the threes and handled the ball while shaq got the boards blocked the shots and shot consistently from the field. any flaw one of them had the other one covered up. I'd call that pretty equal

@seanymandx i agree. kobe bryant was like a top 5 player in the game and so was shaq. kobe was the best guard shaq was the best center. they were unstoppable and did a nearly equal share of the load. they filled eachother's flaws perfectly.
