I'm planning to go there for a ghost tour in halloween is it really disturbing to go there.?

How do people get in there at night all the time???! I am wondering if it is legal? I went there at 8 pm and we got shooed out by the security guard.

my dad works for the water utilites and one night he got called to go fix a water pipe that broke in concordia cemetery and he says that when he got there the maintence man turned on his spot light even though the water utilities had their lights on my dad said that the maintence man told him if he didnt turn on as many lights as he could then the ghosts would come out.... later when my dad was working my dad was telling the maintence man that he saw somebody but he told my dad to turn away fast
