@yayyayyay09 4 rings are also because of A/V problems or your A/V is not plugged in
unplug your console from the xbox and plug it in again

you guys are retard 1 light not always the hard drive my friend doesn't have a hard drive and he got 1 red light it is because one of the solder joint are not good you got see what the error code is if you know how do it.

Here's what it goes like:
1 ring: Temporary harddrive error. Unplug the harddrive and plug it back in. If it doesn't work, take out the harddrive and let it cool down.
2 rings: Overheated. Just stop playing for a while you addict.
3 rings: Broken console to harddrive connection. Send it to Microsoft so they can fix it.
4 rings: Broken console/other: One word: DEAD. Buy a new Xbox because it will never work again.
