Second Nature (Baltimore's Improvising Orchestra) Live at Creative Alliance 4-15-11 (Short Version)

Founded by John Berndt in 2002, Baltimore's Second Nature is an orchestra that performs entirely un-pre-meditated works, focusing on a research frontier of freely improvised music: large group interaction. With slightly changing membership, the group has performed at least once a year since its inception. In this performance, the music is played by Shelly Blake-Plock, Dan Breen, Tom Boram, Sam Burt, Rose Burt, Jeff Carey, Tiffany Defoe, Owen Gardner, Andrew Hayleck, Liz Meredith, Mike Muniak, Paul Neidhardt, Kate Porter, Britton Powell, and Elisa Urtiaga.
