what they should do is put video cams on them and be able to control them by having a lead nanobot that controls the others this way they can pin point the tumor command all the nanobots to go there then they can command them to destroy the tumor taking it apart molecule by molecule if something goes wrong have a fail safe make it to where you can short circuit all the nanobots if that dosent work use an emp to kill all the nanobots or the other way around

@spunkflunk man, when they miss there target nothing will damage other organs because the medicine is inside a capsule of gold (these because the density of the material is perfect for the project) they wont open, in the tumor they will because the laser heats the particles, so they open and release the medicine to destroy the tumor. and also think how much people die of cancer. if there was a risk I would take it and im sure others too.
