The behaving of the object is as its computer generated and if you look closely you will see that its made with a program like 3d max studio. My bet - i think this i computer generated the movements, the look it all fits to my sugestion.

The object appears to be close to the building in the foreground but in reality was still a long way off. This thing is huge.

It's funny most people complain that UFO video are usually at night or blury, yet when someone posts a good image it is always declared a fake. I know the guys who took this. They are both sincere Christian people who would not try to mislead anyone.
