BIA agrees to disagree with Eugene Little Coyote

December 28, 2007, Elected Tribal President, Eugene Little Coyote was forcibly removed from his office by a team of BIA SWAT officers. Since then a series of Appeals have come to a dead end when Majel Russell, Principal Deputy Secretary, Bureau of Indian Affairs, preempted the Interior Board of Indian Appeals process and denied an appeal by Eugene Little Coyote. One may argue that it is merely a personal matter, but with the world's largest undeveloped Coal Bed Methane Gas Field underfoot, the Northern Cheyenne may have more than a personal matter to look for. There was a swearing in ceromony for the fake NC President Geri Girl Small and there was no Judge or Notary there to sign the Oath of Office, what does that tell u? after the fake swearing in,Geri Girl Small held a council meeting and approved the CBM,GG Small went against the NC People's vote and we voted against CBM. Jennifer Redfox sat at the Depot telling lies to get enrolled members signatures,our land will be messed up,shame on u people.

Now when you say "CBM" are you saying that the Coal Bed Methane project is officially on its way to becoming real?

There was even some ppl from the media that came from billings to interview what was going on. They where even in the tribal building when this was going on. The ppl who where from billings even said that BIA and FBI was useing unesscerary force. And as for Eugene, his supporters raised money to get him out of jail. If this incident was his fault why would his supporters and other ppl get him out of jail? PPL LIKE GERI SMALL AND LEROY R DESTROYING OUR WAY OF LIFE!!!!! JUS A BUNCH OF DICK WILSONS

No one was armed and was NOT a threat to anyone!! This was in every sense of the word PEACEFULL Protesters. Yeah these assholes are real tough taking down elderly men and women who were not a threat to anyones well being, Even my four year old brother was there when it happed. They even threatened to take all the childeren to family services if the parents did not listen to the BIA's and FBI's demands. Should of got aim, I think there was gonna be some aim members that were called at the time eugene was being forced out of the tribal building. There were also gonna confront rick wolfname, geri small, and some others. My family was there with eugene at the time, and they were jus sitting in the tribal building eating fry bread when the BIA and the FBI came in forcefully and assaulted everyone including women and children. Eugene's son who was jus a teenager at the time was tasered.

The People took a stand for sovereignty & President Little Coyote took a stand with them. If the Federal Government wanted to do the right thing, they would have stood with the People, not a faction of special interest groups who are running our Tribe into the ground. Lemme state the obvious here, the govt. knew there were innnocent women n children in there, yet the came in with full tactical gear and loaded assault rifles and pistols.
