pregnancy with fibroid. laparoscopic myomectiomy

First pregnancy of the patient. Diagnosed on ultrasonography to have ovarian cyst. on laparoscopy, it was
found that she had a pedunculated twisted fibroid along with the pregnancy. The video shows laparoscopic
myomectomy. the use of unipolar current did not harm the foetus. the fibroid was taken out after morcellation
The patient went on to have an uneventful pregnancy and underwent a full term caesarian section.
