Sonic Symphony - Orchestral Medley (Sonic CD)

These are orchestral renditions I did of a number of pieces from the "Sonic CD" soundtrack for the SEGA CD.

These are all featured in my free tribute compilation "Sonic Symphony - An Orchestral Tribute to the 16-bit SEGA Classics". http://www.vernianprocess.com/files/comps/vp_sonic.zip

In this video are the following pieces from the JAP/EU version of the soundtrack:
Palmtree Panic (Bad Future)
Tidal Tempest (Present)
Quartz Quadrant (Good Future)
Metallic Madness (Good Future)

These were all arranged from various midi compositions found online. I take no credit for their compositions, only for the treatment of the instruments and arrangements.

The purpose of this collection is to create versions of these songs as close to the originals as possible, however with more professional sound quality than was available in the 90's.

I'm really glad you appreciate these arrangements. I've been working on a revamp of some of the Castlevania tracks. I have been toying with adding new counterpoints, and changing some melodies slightly, I also need to get around to releasing the Mario covers! Thanks again! ~ Josh

I think your Tidal tempest version reminded me alot of the Sonic Adventure, where you just ran down that building vertically, you break through glass, and all of the sudden your in a city...thats what it reminded me of, and made me thought...and made me miss SADX...*sob*
