Purpose of this routine: Build RAW Power, Develop Grip Strength & Increase Core Muscle Endurance.
A high volume deadlift routine is worked into my training monthly. Wt. used in lbs: 565, 405, 335
The reps are 5, 16 & 20. Rest in between sets is 2 min. Percentages used are: 70%, 50% & 40%.
Volume shown in video: 16K lbs. or 8 Tons in under 7 min. @ age 45 weighing 250 lbs. 100% RAW.
