Actually, given that Titan seems to be almost 100% actor and just a soundboard/musicboard with some servos, I'd guess the batteries are are around 1kg.
Plus, its primarily plastic, so its likely more like 50 kg than 250.
Not to say the guy on the inside isn't suffering, but its more 'Red Dwarf' than 'Worlds Strongest man'
