Jern Eye, an Oakland-based emcee, releases this video in preparation for his second solo album, Vision, set to drop October 13 via MYX Music Label. Kicking it amongst the rooftops where he lives, Jern Eye dishes the info, guest roster, and concept behind his forthcoming record.
