Depression sucks! I 'know' when i am heading toward it - i can feel it and before i know, i am there again. Wanting to die, feeling shit, hating myself, feeling useless and that my whole life is pointless. When i am depressed there really is no point to anything, then i feel bad because i have a son and 'shouldn't' feel that way, but i can't help it...then self harming comes into play because i am angry for being depressed and a crap mum, so the cycle begins.
