There is also multiple bounce technique that is used, and that needs to be explained. The video is a supplemental "example" to a lesson. A lesson is not just a demonstration or example. How hard it is to acknowledge this is an example. Even you are inadvertently adding instruction to this EXAMPLE.

@PunchHug How can this not be a lesson? The video clearly goes RRLL repeat. That's all there is to it. The speed comes with practice and experience. All anyone needs to do is watch his hands to learn what they need to do, which is why he starts off slow.
