Nice mustang, ok z I guess. I hate when ignorant people argue that " add a corner and see what happens" it's sooo stupid. Why would you think a mustang can't corner? Must watch to much topgear lol. Mine corners really well for only a set of eibach 2" drop springs. I'm goin to do sway bars and a roll bar. Not alot but it's out handle 98% of cars I see daily. So quit being ignorant

yea... they would. Just on the reverse side. Someone will always have something negative to say.

@Turbo05gt I agree completely. My stang hits turns harder than any of my friends cars. I live in the north GA mountains and fly down the twisty roads with 25mph warning signs at 60+mph no problem.

i don't give a shit. probably because a bunch of mid life crisis faggits where driving their ferraris out there. The fact that you keep eluding to is that the live axel is dated.. I'm not saying stangs suck.I'm american and i love domestics i just put my $11k to use with a 400rwhp 300zxtt.Its just my point america could do better having it's pony use something better than a live rear axel. I want mustang to be america's gtr. but it lacks techno. Which it really needs to be top dog

Oh and since SRA's just CANT handle twisties... how does it make you feel that a Griggs GR40 equipped 98 Cobra convertible owns the record in the Ferrari Club Virginia City Hill Climb... yup, thats right, faster than Ferrari in their own hillclimb event.
And guess what... the car has an SRA :)

WOW... ive been building Mustangs for 12 years man, I think i know about the rear-axle. Roush has never removed the SRA in favor of an IRS. Neither has Saleen.
Go ahead and believe Clarkson, i dont care.

So you quote where the magazine says the shocks were overmatched at high speed... then you turn around and blame it on the SRA??
Do you actually read what you write?
Oh and you so conveniently leave out the fact that the PRO driver felt the Mustang was overall better balanced and had less understeer than the M3.

in the hand of a PROFESSIONAL is what really matters. The average joe could go either way of course. And if you read closer your remeber where he said i quote " The shocks can handle the car up to 60 to 70mph.At 80,90,100mph,we have really challenging set of curving bumps and braking zones for which the shocks are OVERMATCHED." If we were racing a prius this would be ok. But this is a 400+hp car that easily goes 90+ where it begins to lose control bc of it's wagon axel.
why did you put a 6 spd in that gt

@e303gt
well i knew a guy local selling it so it kinda fell in my lap, he was going auto in his 03 Cobra.
But i did it because they are strong, and i sent this one to ProMotion to be built, and have great gear spacing. Tall in first gear so it launches softer but once its rolling the gear spacing is much better than the 5-spd.

i know this might sound kinda dumb. but what are bolt ons???

@2003Raptor660rLE
it means just basic parts that "bolt-on" to the motor... intake, exhaust, pulleys; shit like that.
