We take tiny pepper seedlings that have yet to develop their first set of true leaves then transplant to individual containers.
This method is not preferred but there are circumstances that make it the best choice and knowing how to do it makes up for the amount of risk at stake.

    They did and always do.

    You can re-pot these seedlings but you can allow them more time too.

    That would not be a reason to rush for me.

    If you are up north it cold take more time.

    Patience and attention is what you need.

    Yell at me if I can help further.
