1969 Camel Filters Commercial

Camel filters, they're not for everybody. Just losers who want to stink, age 20 years in 10, waste thousands of dollars, and die a horribly painful death such as cancer or emphysema. Or maybe be one of the lucky ones who has a heart attack instead.

This commercial is strangely considered non-PC nowadays. I do not see what any fuss could be about. While the characters are certainly broad, no one is patently offensive. The curious fact is that we have actually caught up with what was supposed to be "out there".

back in the day they just didnt care about ciggerates like the do now. cause the tabaco compnies would refund for each pack or carton lost. now its quite different
