  • The lights are great! But the Father needs to act as well as sing with emotion. He sounds monotone and he needs to move more.

  • This was carefully choreographed and the director took Father's performance right down to be much more subtle, and it worked much better... but alas this isn't visible on this video due to the poor quality. As for the monotone... he sings exactly what the original score has, and not the re-worked version that most Americans are used to

  • @moe4psu23 Thanks... I'm not sure about the CD (all I know is Adrian Zmed was Adam) so I assume you're correct :) You're right about the lack of accuracy vis-a-vis the Bible, but then again much of the show is a bit liberal with the source text especially when it comes to characterisations. With regards to Father's reaction... it's there in the script, is this different in the re-worked US version?

  • @janszafranski There is no Broadway CD, fyi. The album you're most likely referring to is from the Paper Mill Playhouse's US Premier of COE. The note Father hits sounds fine. The higher would've been better, but whatever. Also, the look of this production is pretty awesome. Although, I don't understand Father's reaction to the light. Is that even accurate according to the Bible?

  • I remember doing this as well it was gangsta ;)

  • My high school is going this musical. Hopefully it looks as good as this!

  • omg yall have a huge cast.

  • Wow. Very well worked choreography. Kudos to the choreographer.
