  • First guy running needs to get his atlas checked, massive lateral right shift of the neck- emergency correction

    open chain stepping- great preparation for closed chain activity- genius!

    disgusting lunge- quad dominant, forward head, glute weakness really hes doing a closed chain quad exercise

    thoracic spine needs mobing in the bloke doing the squat

    girl doing step ups appear to have external hip rotator issues and possibe/probable glute weakness
