Nice video. BTW people, MMA means mixed martial arts, which includes many styles, sport and traditional from as far back as old India and Egypt up to American "catch as catch can" and modern Jujitsu and any other martial style one my choose to include. U.F.C. is a sport with rules where people can test a few of their skills (for those who have some). It is restrained to a degree. MMA can not be in this clip, but might see some things from this clip applied to MMA stylists.
