You want that money spent on social programs because otherwise you'd have to go out & get a job. Since all of you welfare babies don't pay taxes, you don't have to give away any part of your paycheck. Maybe you should read the constitution & find out what congress is allowed to spend money on, but that would mean that you'd have to actually pay attention & do some kind of work.
