Great video... I received the parts yesterday and did the mod today. I did the same mod in this video but to the top of my case as an exhaust. Great shipping service too. :)

bill I'd really like to hear about your own opinion..you know tablets began to dominate the world as personal computers to people we all can't tell how PC gaming is going to be by late 2010's, we know everything has an end but do you think gaming desktop will remain among the tablet domination?

Desktop PC market is in decline, but that doesn't mean need for Desktops is diminishing. There will always be some Users that want full size Keyboards, Large Monitors & Massive Storage. The PC enthusiasts & hobbyists that into building, modding, overclocking their own PCs continues to thrive WORLDWIDE. Most of consumers I met at Mnpctech's booth at CES, were just getting into D-I-Y PC building. "Desktop is Dead" was a brilliant catch phrase created by a Tech Blogger(s) to stir up attention.

Just ordered my parts to mod my case with these exact instructions! Question: Is the hole saw you're using a typical hole saw, or are these particular saws for cutting metal?

@edmyster81, purchase "Bi-Metal" hole saw, which you can use for Metal and Plastics

Would this same technique work with a glass panel or a plastic side panel on the case? I am not sure if mine is glass or plastic. I think its plastic but its thick n heavy almost like a light glass. Would it shatter or will it work just the same as in the video

Is an 18v cordless drill usually enough?

My case seems to be made out of some very thick and sturdy steel

I feel like I should invest in a corded drill
