This was the only C78 Touhou arrange album that impressed me in the crossfade, and that I waited for. Granted, I limited my search on albums containing Double Spoiler arranges, because I wanted to finally get that Nemesis's Stronghold arrange fix I'm waiting for since this game's release. Unfortunately, there were only four (yes, FOUR) arranges of that theme, neither of which impressed me. But what's really making me rage is the fact that this boring fan favorite Infinite Nightmare gets 14 (!), and many of those are pretty decent!
This album doesn't contain Nemesis's Stronghold either (in fact, the Infinite Nightmare arrange is the track I like the most of this album...), but it still amazing in it's own right. Featuring many different "softed-out" genres with alternating vocal and instrumental tracks, everyone should find a favorite.

And this track represents a great mistake of mine, that is, completely ignoring Kogasa's character and theme. Maybe it's because she was buried in the blandness of the first three UFO stages, or because she simply killed too many attempts of UFO Extra, a stage I just surrendered in trying, despite me knowing how to deal with each spellcard.
I'm into Touhou mainly for music and gameplay reasons, so I tend to overlook and ignore the (mostly entirely uninteresting) stories behind the characters. But, didn't Kogasa turn into a youkai because the umbrella was forgotten by its owner and no one else picked it up? Just like I forgot about her, and it needed this really surprising arrange for me to really start noticing her.

... Parsee is still superior. :-)
