Change into the green guys clothes, go to the high rise, DON"T plant a mine. Shoot dude from the high rise with Sup. Silverballer. Move off of high rise quickly run down stairs before police run in. Wait near bottom of stairs until police run up. Leave and go back to the front. Pick the lock and go into 2nd floor area where it's dark. Shoot other dude with rifle. If you have time pack up, get suit and leave. If not drop rifle, change, pick up rifle at security station and THEN leave. perfect.
