The first group of protesters were arrested for not relinquishing their backpacks. The second group crossed over the barricades and were taken into custody.

I agree with AmericanBadass44. I dont think have of these people even know what the constitution says. They just say it because the phrase "this is against the constitution" has become the popular phrase for our ungrateful citizens to say nowadays.
