I've written a lot of hit music and haven't seen one dime because I thought it was no big deal to help people.

Now that I'm in need these same people won't do a damn thing for me. Just goes to show you what the music business is like.

Man.. People are jerks. I wrote these lyrics and lots of other hits, I even wrote beats for my last batch of hits. I told people I didn't need any money for my work.

Now I have to live in poverty. My clothes are all rags. I can't afford to go out and have fun. I can't afford to buy a house or start a family.  I'm 34 now and giving so much has left me with very little.
