I wish girls could have played baseball in my school. No offense to softball players but I don't want to play a sport that is the more "gentler" version of another sport. I rather play the original. If I get hurt, so what i'm sure I'll live.

@redrocz1 I'll give you a example of what I mean my five year old who's even cute like Ramona on Ramona , and beezus doesn't wear dresses much no dolls . A white belt in karate loves to spare pretty tough .She races with boys winning a lot if she falls she laughs herself ,and gets back up . All feminent stuff like the color pink ,and stuff isn't in her system . Just like her sisters . But everyone loves them .

I do stick up for tomboys .Because there not feminent like girls use to be known .But not bullies either they're useualy pretty good friends when you need it .Just because my three are tougher tomboys ,and I do what I do working with children .There friends with everyone they know .So just because tomboys are tougher ,an compete with most normal boys doesn't mean a thing from my experiance they're pretty cool .

@redrocz1 I think we should break away from all girls being feminent know .Especaily with tomboys more known know . I teach karate asst coach soccer ,and stuff ,and frome experiance can tell you tomboys are in know .We always have girls in karate as we'll as gymnastics , and ones a first degree black belt already .I let my three girls age 5 , 7 ,and 9 make there own decisions .But there tomboys too .

I don't think it's the fact that girls can get hurt, but the fact that guys will be HUMILIATED with a capital H,U,M,I,L,I,A,T,E and D if they lose to a girls' team.
