"My son, Jessie, had just called me pretending he was still in Afghanistan. He was very convincing! I had just gotten out of the hospital after surgery, and my three kids got together to surprise me. I couldn't stop crying. I was so happy and what a great surprise! I didn't think he could come home at all. So it was such a blessing to hold him in my arms and know he is safe."
