I'm showing an older pair of New Balance 574 and my new Asics Gel Kayano XIV (14). Both are pretty comfy; the Asics are professional running shoes.

Und doch, die Asics sehen noch fast genauso aus, weil ich seit jeher nicht zum Laufen gekommen bin (zu faul). Was trägst du denn so "unten rum"?

How light are the 574

One shoe of the shown pair weighs 430g, a similar 574 with mesh parts weighs 415g.

Phew... I don't have any expiriences with the 1130, the Kayano XIV ist the only Asics I own. And I must say that I'm not a professional runner. But the K XIV is pretty comfy and seems to support the foot movements and dynamics very good.

are the ASICS GEL 1130 shoes any good or are the kanyo so much better that i should pay 40 euro more to get them
