It shows the whole pattern at full speed and slowed down to half speed. It also shows the second half of the pattern viewed from the opposite side.
@caldertkd the rear knee is still above the toes. even in 1980 L stance was half-facing. I know jhoon rhee used to teach it as side facing though, he was wrong. btw side facing don't make much sense in combat, unless you r only using side-piercing kicks, or hook kicks. half facing makes more sense in punching or most kicking combos. to see this try doing a jab-cross combo in a side facing posture. the cross takes longer when ur side-facing, same thing for lead side kick- back leg turning kick.

I really don't like sinewave. It makes you look live you're on shock absorbers. A wave can be timed.

@freemangsx what about l stance? when i was taught this 30 odd years ago the knee had to be above the toes and the body in a side facing motion , nowadays its half facing . therefore the knee cant be above the toes ! And i am still practicing and teaching to this day and dont agree with the changes ITF are doing. Only my opinion
