  • im training myself for the military in 5 years now if you drink water for %65 of your day will make a huge difference!

  • im 15 and i am really not in shape at all i mean im short and skinny but underweight and ive been trying to work out and get fit but nothing works i finally started running the other day i get tired like after a minute lolz but now i can jog for 5 minutes straight and im going to try and up the time every week or so but im trying to do this once a day also Regular pushups - 10

    - Regular situps - 10

    - Wide pushups - 10

    - Reverse Crunches - 10

    - Close or Tricep pushups - 10

    - Double crunches - 10

  • @Daynknight1001 you dont know much about the military do you they still train you after boot camp or ranger school or sniper school or whatever other ones so thats pretty much saying thats how long his sevice is so far
