Loanshark Runner Looking Right At The CCTV

Those cowards strike at our area for weeks. Seem like nothing much was done by either Police or the CID. Reported to the police 4 times, wrote a letter to the district MP and even called up the CID. Police? No proper channels are made available to citizens whom suffer at the hands of those coward loansharks. Was told that the CID will contact us within 3 working day. Two weeks have passed and no followups from the CID. Caught this coward guy in the CCTV and guess what? He poured paint at our neighbour house because he saw our 4 x CCTVs. Money not owed by us but we have to face all this?

the paint is in the plastic bag tat he is carrying...

nowaday u cant tell hu is a runner cos they put the paint in small container and carry them in plastic bag or bag...

so police cant realli tell too unless they search their bag

I dun get it wheres the rest of the footage and other cams?? Maybe it could be one of ur neighbours at the other end of the block walking to the the lift landing or going to the stairs. Furthermore, his hand doesn't seems to be carrying can of paints or whatever.
