Forgive me if my questions are embarrassingly basic. I'm a newbie to anything other than iWeb.

You said, "I've already installed a copy of WordPress onto the site." Do you need to have an extant hosted site, or can you start a brand new site with WordPress? Can I use WordPress with my extant iWeb?

My problem with iWeb is that Internet Explorer (the browser of choice for most in my market area) doesn't read some of my iWeb pages correctly. Would using WordPress circumvent that problem?

@ssppeellll You can design a brand new website using Wordpress. If you have Cpanel installed - there is a easy click button to do it within. Web hosts such as Hostgator can help with this.

@philerupper We use Camtasia software - highly recommend it for screen recordings.

Beauty! Wordpress rocks! I am glad, it was what I started with and has grown into a powerhouse for web developers. It is good, once built and designed, which isn't that hard, managing a website built on Wordpress isn't too hard or technical! Being free helps too!

You should explain better what FileZilla is. Some users will have No idea how you managed to up your theme.
