This happens to some cats when you tickle/scratch just a bit up from their tail on the top. Not sure if they like it or not, but my cat does this but she pur's at the same time.

@bobodd5 Uh, no. Neither is "retard", which is also inappropriate and cruel to use as derogatory slang. "Spastic" means having involuntary spasms, which I think describes this cat quite well. It can also be used as slang to describe someone who is awkward or clumsy, which I am not doing here. So why don't you learn to spell, work on your reading comprehension, and then you'll be ready to actually form and post some valid and cogent criticism.
