Nicaragua is a third world country. No doubt about it. It has a dark and tainted past. But the country now is united. They are no longer fighting with each other. I am proud to live in Canada. But i will never forget where i came from.

MrDickhead, I've been watching too much propaganda? Thats your unfounded assumption, What I know about Nicaragua is based on my families experience. Ortega destroyed that country and now its in ruins no infrastructure the economic situation is ridiculous all thanks to Daniel Ortega. It was nowhere near as bad when Somoza was there in the 70s.

@iftmedic77 you must be a dumb marine, you don't read history. Somoza was very bad dictator installed by US IMF and free market is what drive the economy which deals were all one-sided to US and really made Nicaragua a Vassal state(dependent state) of USA and not truly Independent nation this is happening all over Latin america but some are breaking free from this scheme like Chavez, Correa, Castro is IMF free but Cuba suffers from economic sanctions.
