This is from "Catfish Rising" Album, You can also find an amazing version live on "Little LIght Music" the live that includes performance of the 1992 tour. I love JT and this song is one of my favourite of latest period.

The first time i listened to the song was in an old tape. It was a live version of the song and at the end there was an incredible flute solo. Do you know wich concert was that one?

The answer to your question is in the description of the video: The Song was written by Ian Anderson and published on Jethro Tull Album Catfish Rising 1991. By the way - thanks for the compliment, but I am an (old) girl... ;-)
