  • This is real. You go to Google labs.com. Then click on Google body's. But you have to have WEBGL for it to work.

  • @jabg2011 From my understanding, the name of the company wasn't intentionally designed to mislead or profit from Microsoft's name. Perhaps I'll skim some court documentation if I can find some. Either way, if dudedotmichael intends try and sell the domain to Google, he'll find himself unable to do so. Fascinating stuff, this Internet law :)

  • @SolidIncMedia I am very well aware of Microsoft vs MikeRoweSoft, and it was not because he owned a domain, but because the name of his company was phonetically the exact same as theirs.

  • @jabg2011 Microsoft have sued someone in the past for merely owning a domain, see Microsoft vs. MikeRoweSoft for the details (Wikipedia has a good article on it). I'm not saying Google would sue this guy, they would probably put in a complaint with the necessary people (ICANN perhaps, as they have an area for trademark infringement complaints) and get this domain issue resolved (shut down, transferred, whatever)..

  • @SolidIncMedia I'm sure they could, they are one of the most powerful companies in the world. But he isn't doing anything wrong by owning a domain. They aren't going to sue some regular guy for simply owning a domain.
