The lyrics fit the sentiments expressed by the characters perfectly. You have selected excellent clips to tell a tale of love through the ages. Poor Barnabas...when he fell in love--truly, madly, deeply--he was always thwarted. It must have been crushing for him to go on like that. His grief over what happened to Josette caused him to obsessively seek a way to recreate her life and a past long lost to him. It was heartbreaking that he remained so tormented by it all.

Yes, very nice. It is easy to see why Barnabas was so frustrated. Dan Curtis said on more than one occasion that the success and allure of the series always came back to "that love story".

@MissLizaMay Well, as you can see, I'm a Barnabas/Angelique fan, too :) I've certainly made more videos concerning them than Barnabas and Josette - probably because their relationship had so many dimensions. I'm glad you liked my video, even if B & J aren't your thing!
