That statement couldn't be anymore true. I've hunted blacktail in Washington my whole life and I have never seen a blacktail that big. I shot a nice 3 point this year, about 19 inches across with 3 1/2 to 5 inch tines. I actually find blacktail more of a challenge than other species because blacktail wont just stand and stare at ya until ya shoot em.

That is an awesome blacktail. I hunt them up here on Vancouver Island, and those big guys are far and few between.

i havent been able to see a blacktail personally but here in marion county kentucky there are a ton of whitetail just waitin to get taken down

Nice Job, it's great to see more and more hunting on Youtube, keep up the good work.
People need exposure to hunting so that the less fortunate people who have never been exposed to hunting have a chance to learn to understand it's importance in maintaining a balanced environment and they get to see the great freindships and family values that hunting promotes. TAKE CARE!!!

man! I wish our blacktails looked more like that here in Washington! I shot one a little bigger than the first buck shown, but nothing compared to the second one.
