When obscene speech and child pornography are already illegal online, what else is harmful to minors? Who decides?
The ACLU succeeded in getting COPA declared unconstitutional when the Supreme Court refused to hear further appeals in January 2009.

In France they show that sort of stuff all the time for commercials and what not and it's considered as normal as seeing men half naked. For example kissing on the lips in the U.S is considered normal no one really thinks of it as sexually explicit, in the middle east if a man and a woman are holding hands people freak out.

every thing based upon what we see through our naked eyes and attraction. stop naked posted magazine, woman must wear decent dresses on winter and summer, stop all adult only films . only for high school coaching. then we can make perfect generation. other wise you cant stop it sir, it will go worser than worse .. im 100% sure

I am definitely too over the edge. That is because of my own experiences. I battle constantly with hypocrisy and I am under constant attack. I wish it weren't like this but it is. I have been an unaware tool- but I am awake and terribly flawed- but I have not and nor will hurt a kid. I am doing the best I can with what I have some days are good some aren't. I do not know any real christians- I wish I did.

also there is a diff between freespeech and being a blatent pervert. its not right for ppl to say they wanna do nasty things to kids. freespeech is when u can critisize the govt w/o going missing not having naked fuck fests on primetime tv where minors can be watching. you want porn go to a adult website or HBO. clear and simple.
