Is Jim Jeffries an offensive comedian?

Stand-up comedian Jim Jeffries is from Australia but lives in the U.K., and well, he has garnered a bit of a reputation for saying offensive things onstage. But that's not really who he is? Or is he?

Well, let Jim himself explain, as The Comic's Comic caught up with him in his hotel room during the Just For Laughs Chicago comedy festival in June 2009. This is one in a series of four segments from our interview.

Do you find you offend comics when interviewing them and asking if their style works better because no one knows who they are? Holy Shit, Jim had to gather his thoughts and light a cigarette after that question. Look at his mannerisms at 0:11
